Phyllis' Mexican Shrimp Appetizer

Simply delicious! Tender, sweet shrimp floating in a spicy cilantro-lime sauce. This recipe comes from Phyllis Hays-Martin of Oceanside, a wonderful cook who knows how to throw a good party.......Good friend, great times, excellent food!

1 lb bite-sized shrimp
1 can Clamato juice
2 squirts ketchup
1-2 dashes tabasco
1 English cucumber, diced
2 green onion stalks, finely chopped
2-3 limes, juiced
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
¼ bunch cilantro, chopped
2 avocados, chopped

Mix everything together except for the avocado and refrigerate until serving time. Add avocado right before serving. Serve in festive goblets or martini glasses. Garnish with lime wedges.
