Lorena's Grilled Lobster

These are to die for! People are still talking about Lorena Velasquez's Birthday Party in December 2006, when she served everyone attending her amazing grilled lobster. Here's her awesome recipe:

Raw lobster tails
Butter, melted
Garlic cloves, minced

Heat the grill. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Place the lobster tails in a large pot of boiling water, and boil for 2-3 min. until white. Drain the lobster tails. Dip them in melted butter with garlic, and grill them on a hot grill for a 2-3 minutes on each side.
