Joanne's Pesto Tomato Cheese Spread

This is so good! I make this recipe all the time. It is easy to make and has a colorful presentation... perfect for holiday entertaining. It comes from my former manager, Joanne Kowalik, of San Diego, pictured here at her retirement party. Joanne has the ability to see the humor in all situations, truly a gift. She keeps me laughing.

8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
8 oz cream cheese
3 T pesto
3 T sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped
2 T pine nuts, toasted

Mix feta and cream cheese. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap. In alternating layers, spread the cheese, tomatoes, cheese and pesto as shown. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Invert onto a platter and remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle pine nuts over all. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
