Glenda's Bacon and Chutney Appetizer

This is an incredibly simple and delicious appetizer to make that everyone adores. It comes from the warm and cozy kitchen of my dear friend, Glenda Stephens, of San Diego, pictured here at the beach with her two doggie-buddies, Meggie and Miya .

1, 8-oz pkg cream cheese
1 jar Mango chutney
½ lb bacon, fried and crumbled
Cut bacon into tiny pieces and fry. Drain on paper towels. On a platter, place the cream cheese, spread a thick layer of mango chutney on top. Sprinkle bacon over all. Serve with crackers or a thinly sliced baguette.
