
Ingredients:
One 9” pie crust (homemade or Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust)
1-1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 large eggs, beaten
2 cups heavy cream
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

¼ tsp pepper
Mix cheeses, eggs, cream, salt and pepper and pour into unbaked pie crust. Add any of the following: cooked bacon or sausage, fried and crumbled; spinach leaves, chopped; fresh basil leaves, chopped; sun-dried tomatoes in oil (remove excess oil); fresh mushrooms, sliced, or whatever you like.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35-40 minutes until set. Test for doneness. Let stand at 10 min. before serving.
