1-lb thick bacon
½ cup dark brown sugar
Line a rimmed cookie sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper. Place bacon in pan and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes until crispy. Be sure to watch this one carefully as it will burn quickly. Do not drain on paper towels, as it will stick to the paper towel. This tastes like candied bacon.
