Aunt Hideko's Hamburger Dip

This recipe is perfect to serve at Super Bowl parties or when you want a hot appetizer. Tim's favorite! It comes from my aunt Hideko Shimomura of Seattle.

1 lb ground beef, sautéed and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large can mushrooms, drained
1 small can diced green chilies
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
½ small jar pimentos, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix everything and put in a crock pot on high for 3-4 hours until thoroughly heated. Serve with a thinly sliced baguette or cut veggies.
